\n \n Confluent \u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u5c06 Apache Kafka \u5546\u4e1a\u5316\u7684\u9886\u5148\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u8f6f\u4ef6\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4e0a\u6708\u5728\u7eb3\u65af\u8fbe\u514b\u4ee5 36 \u5143\/\u80a1\u4ef7\u683c\u52df\u4e86 8.28 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002Morgan Stanley \u4e3b\u5bfc\u4e86\u6b64\u6b21 IPO\uff0c\u80a1\u7968\u4ee3\u7801\u4e3a\u201cCELT\u201d\u3002Confluent \u7684\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98\u517c\u8054\u5408\u521b\u59cb\u4eba Jay Kreps \u4e8e 2011 \u5e74\u5728 LinkedIn \u62c5\u4efb\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u65f6\u521b\u5efa\u4e86 Apache Kafka\u3002Confluent\u662f\u56f4\u7ed5\u7740\u975e\u5e38\u53d7\u6b22\u8fce\u7684\u5f00\u6e90\u9879\u76ee Apache Kafka \u800c\u5f00\u53d1\u7684\uff0c\u968f\u7740\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u8f6f\u4ef6\u5728\u516c\u53f8\u5185\u90e8\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u5b9e\u65f6\uff08\u6216\u6d41\uff09\u6570\u636e\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u4e5f\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u91cd\u3002Confluent \u4f5c\u4e3a\u8fde\u63a5\u4e0d\u540c\u6570\u636e\u5b58\u50a8\u5e93\u7684\u4e2d\u67a2\u795e\u7ecf\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u5e2e\u52a9\u516c\u53f8\u505a\u51fa\u5b9e\u65f6\u53cd\u5e94\u3002\u867d\u7136\u73b0\u4ee3\u6570\u636e\u5e93\u975e\u5e38\u9002\u5408\u9759\u6001\u7684\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u4f46 Confluent \u5341\u5206\u9002\u5408\u5b9e\u65f6\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u4f7f\u547d\u662f\u201c\u8ba9\u6570\u636e\u52a8\u8d77\u6765\u201d\u3002Confluent \u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u4ea7\u54c1\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u672c\u5730\u8fdb\u884c\u90e8\u7f72\uff0c\u6258\u7ba1\u5728\u4e91\u4e2d\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u6df7\u5408\u4e91\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/span>\n <\/section>\n

\n Confluent \u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u62ab\u9732 ARR\uff08\u5e74\u5ea6\u7ecf\u5e38\u6027\u6536\u5165\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u622a\u81f3\u4e0a\u4e2a\u5b63\u5ea6\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u9690\u542b ARR\uff08implied ARR\uff09\u4e3a2.72\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff08\u5b63\u5ea6\u8ba2\u9605\u6536\u5165*4\uff09\uff0c\u540c\u6bd4\u589e\u957f55%\uff0c\u6536\u5165\u7559\u5b58\u7387\u4e3a 117%\u3002\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u76ee\u524d\u6709 2500\u00a0\u591a\u540d\u5ba2\u6237\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6709 60\u00a0\u540d\u5ba2\u6237\u7684 ARR \u8d85\u8fc7 100\u00a0\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c561 \u540d\u5ba2\u6237\u7684 ARR \u8d85\u8fc7 10\u00a0\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u4e5f\u5728\u4e3a\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u589e\u957f\u6295\u5165\u5927\u91cf\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u4e0a\u4e2a\u5b63\u5ea6\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u8fbe 2120 \u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u5229\u6da6\u7387\u4e3a 28%\u3002Confluent \u6210\u7acb\u4e8e 2014 \u5e74\uff0c\u539f\u540d Infinitem\uff0c\u540c\u5e74\u6539\u540d\u4e3a Confluent\u3002\u6839\u636e Pitchbook \u7684\u6570\u636e\uff0cConfluent \u5230\u76ee\u524d\u4e3a\u6b62\u5df2\u7ecf\u5728\u79cd\u5b50\u8f6e\u81f3 E \u8f6e\u4e4b\u95f4\u7b79\u96c6\u4e86 4.559 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u80a1\u6743\u878d\u8d44\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u4e00\u8f6e\u662f 2020\u00a0\u5e74 4 \u6708\u7531 Coatue\u9886\u6295\u7684 E \u8f6e\u878d\u8d44\uff0c\u6295\u540e\u4f30\u503c 45 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff08\u6839\u636e Pitchbook\uff09\u3002\u6309 33 \u7f8e\u5143\/\u80a1\u7684\u9ad8\u4ef7\u8ba1\u7b97\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u644a\u8584\u540e\u7684\u5e02\u503c\u5c06\u8fbe\u5230 107 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u76f8\u8f83\u4e8e 15 \u4e2a\u6708\u524d E \u8f6e\u6bcf\u80a1 14.97 \u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\u4e0a\u6da8\u4e86 120%\u3002Confluent \u603b\u90e8\u4f4d\u4e8e\u52a0\u5dde\u5c71\u666f\u57ce\uff0c\u622a\u81f3 2021 \u5e74 3 \u6708\uff0c\u5728 20\u00a0\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u62e5\u6709 1473 \u540d\u5168\u804c\u5458\u5de5\u3002<\/span>\n <\/section>\n
